It is collusion. The phony money angle dosn’t change that. Someone must have turned this Russian on to Trump’s willingness to work with them. It’s impossible to think this guy went cold calling the Trump campaign with exactly, but independently, the same shtick that was presented to baby Trump. The Trump folks were in the market and the suppliers were offering their wares.
Lock. Him. Up.
Birth? Don’t reptiles hatch from eggs?
Darn right!
“…until his death.” -
which will, hopefully, ensue promptly after being tried, convicted and imprisoned for conspiracy against US, obstruction and perjury.
I expect the tri-state area has its share of contractors who are well versed in the art of hard ball but believe the penalties for breach of contract with the Russia/Ukraine union members would be rather severe.
I hope all these Trumpsters’ kids are giving them soap on a rope for Father’s Day,
Yep, and it starts with the GOP Florida contingent and Guccifer 2.0.
Stone told the Post he rejected the officer, saying that Trump “doesn’t pay for anything.”
That is simply untrue. He pays his contractors as much as 60 cents on the dollar. Less lawyer’s fees, of course. Ask Deutsch Bank for a character reference, if you don’t believe me-
A slimeball named Aaron Nevins, working for/with DiSantis, might be ‘suspect A’ in such an inquiry.
So, Stone didn’t reject the offer because rejection (followed by reporting the offer to the FBI immediately) was the only right option. He rejected it because Trump was looking for freebies. Got it.
Remember that Roger Stone is a cartoon villain and proud of it. He’s not just regular old scum; he’s the type that doesn’t stop at death threats but threatens to kill peoples’ dogs too (seriously he loves to threaten dogs and does it all the time). No crime is too low or petty for him. And he’s never really been punished or censored for any of his crap, going back to the Nixon days, minus getting blocked from Twitter. Just like many of the Trumpkins, he’s always gotten away with it, so why would he stop now?
Actually, I’d rather see him live in prison for quite a while. A quick death is too good for this sleazebag.
Soliciting a donation or contribution of anything of value from a foreign national in connection with a federal election is illegal (52 US Code §30121). Haggling over price is not a defense.
U R so right.
I gladly stand corrected.
“Trump doesn’t pay for anything.”
Actually, he does, as participants in his adultery (among others) know full well.
What Dan Nexon says of Trump must be said of all his associates: “Discussions of Trump all need to begin from—and be guided by—the proposition that everything he says is false until proven otherwise.”
Stone is a congenital liar no less than his Don and knows he would gladly pay for dirt on an opponent; only the best dirt of course.
Despite his past claims to the contrary, Trump confidante Roger Stone did in fact meet with a Russian national during the 2016 presidential campaign, the Washington Post reported Sunday.
This saga has had more “other shoes” dropping than if Godzilla were to pick up a Payless, turn it upside down, and shake it.
The minute of a offer from Russia. Stone should have reported it to the FBI.
Especially the leadership, which was fully complicit in taking millions of dollars from Russian contacts and spreading it around the GOP (after taking a few million for themselves).
Something tells me Mueller already has the facts in hand.
Exactly.
