It’s like McGahn is doing everything he can, short of just renting a skywriter—he’s in the background, not saying anything, but pantomiming singing and doing a flip and taking out a dime and dropping it and doing everything he can to suggest that Mueller call him maybe. At least that’s how I’d take it.
