Actually, I would think its considerably harder. Because the real estate owner is a matter of public record, and in the case of high profile real estate, usually pretty well known in public. Thatās Trumpās problem with a blind trust from the get goā¦how can it be blind when he knows exactly where it is, and so does everyone else because it has his name plastered on the front?
To be a blind trust would require divestiture, with the proceeds then going into equities, bonds, mutual funds, etc. This is typically also a big problem with commercial properties, particular very large ones, because there are usually clauses requiring the person getting the loan (and they ALL have loans against them) stay on the loan.
And just to make it even more difficult, in a case like Kushner, he would probably take a loss trying to dump his properties ASAP, with everyone knowing he is a āmotivated sellerā.

Before the Trump/Kushner family is done, they may sell the country right from under us.
Just by the way, donāt believe the bullsh*t about āa family trust of which he is not a beneficiaryā until you see the certified text of the trust agreement, and possibly not even then. Some trusts are explicitly for the benefit of named people; others leave the decision of who gets the income or property to the trustee(s), in which case someone isnāt a beneficiary until magically they are. (And yet other trusts explicitly give the money to named people, but then those people have a side agreement not to sue the trustee for giving money to someone else.)

Does he have money invested in oil or funds that do? Thatās a tough one to get away from.
How about Wall Street, if he has stocks or other financial investments, then he is tainted by all things involving the Dow rising or falling.
And what about the Russian influx of cash? That puts everything he does in questionable territory.
In 40 years this dude will be fat, have a four way combover and will married to wife #3 at least that got into the country as a cherry picker immigrated from the Republic of Putin.
