They do not have the inner-city populations that we have.”

WTF does that even mean?

Pay your child support, Joe.

Between his tweet about Jimmy Kimmel’s monologue and now this I think we have found the dumbest and most heartless person on the planet.

Was he wearing his Sheet and Pointed Hat when he gave this interview?

This racists asshole is the LAST person to talk to about ANYTHING (other than unpaid child support.)

“You can’t compare the rest of the world to us,” Walsh replied. “They do not have the big diverse populations that we have. They do not have the inner-city populations that we have.”

That is a flat out RACIST DOG-WHISTLE to the ignorant White Trump voter, blaming lack of Universal Healthcare on “Those Ni(CLANG!)s in the “inner-city””.
I think that London, Paris, Berlin, Tokyo, and any other large capital in the world is pretty “diverse” and they all have Universal Health Care.

What an asshole.

Of the two famous guys named Joe Walsh I know, he’s definitely the dumbest one.

He’s totally fucking stupid. If you aren’t familiar, he got into it with his ex-wife over child support. He owed her over $100,000 dollars. He also refused his employer provided healthcare (Congress) after the ACA passed even when his current wife had a pre-existing condition that required surgery.

No, I understand that, but how that even relates to the discussion is the question.

We all know exactly what it means. It’s a dog whistle to his white supremacist/Nazi buddies.

When will Joe Walsh be arrested for non-payment of child support, and why does he continue to get press at all?

Well, in fairness he doesn’t think of them as “minorities”. He thinks of them as n****s.

No, I get the point of what he was doing. I want him to continue and explain how he comes to that ‘conclusion’. I get the purpose behind it, but how, Joe? WTF are you even talking about? How does that work exactly?

Translation: Because my kind of white people don’t want to pay for !Clang! and !Clang!.

By the way on what planet is India not ethnically diverse. Majority Hindu but with the world’s 4th largest Muslim population, 10 languages with over 10 millions speakers each (and I think 34 others). Also it’s only not considered racially diverse, because they “decided” to go with a caste based and not skin color racial hierarchy (people from Southern India are as dark as Africans, those from Northern India are as light as Europeans).

  1. Do not understand why anyone is giving this subhuman air time.
But, really… By the end of the interview it should have been obvious to everyone that he didn’t mean that the inner city populations or the size of those populations is the direct reason that the US does not have universal health care. It’s the fact that there ARE diverse populations that sticks in the craw of Republicans and prevents them from moving on universal health care. I mean, if a policy or program would help a non-white, the country cannot have it! That’s what he meant.

No no no, you have it all wrong Joe. The reason we cant have universal health care is because the second word of the Star Spangled Banner is “say”. Silly man. The difference here is I actually know my explanation is bs.

Yeah, we get that. No need to explain it to anyone here.

What we don’t get is whether the tune he’s dog whistling to his fellow racist shitbags is “well, you don’t want decent hard-working, child-support paying white people paying for insurance if Those People are insured too?” or is he saying that “inner city minorities” are intrinsically, i.e. genetically, less healthy such that they make it impossible to assemble an affordable risk pool, or is he saying that Those People, what with all their naturally inferior jungle killing and stabbing and drugging and obesity can’t be affordably insured?

I think history teaches that its not enough to know that people are racist, but that it is also important to understand the precise contours and content of racist thought, such as it is and what there is of it. It can be the difference between periodic pograms and outright genocide.

There are diverse inner-city populations in nations that do universal health care just fine, Walsh. Bienvenue Ă  Paris, connard.
