All I needed to see was this Sherriff is a member of the Constitutional Sherriffs to believe the story being told here. I hope the Justice Department is building a good file on these lawless “law officers”.

Mrs. Von Holst and I spent a night in Yreka, the county seat about a month ago on way back to Tucson from Redmond, WA. I highly recommend it…for stultification.

No doubt. The Hmong don’t assimilate as completely as some of our immigrants do - they keep a lot of their culture alive and it is different.
This is sickening.
From my recollection of spending time up there (which I did quite frequently about 20 years back), the Hmong community is tight-knit and likes to maintain its independence. They also were known to buck things like fish and game catch/take limits when fishing/hunting. But, that doesn’t really make them any different than any other cohort of society. I.e. bending rules and taking advantage when necessary or when the rule is deemed unfair. I’d put more blame on the sheriff because he’s the one with the backing of law, and thus more likelihood of corruption or conflict of interest.
Yes = that is my understanding of their communities.
Simple misunderstanding. The request to the sheriff should have read:
“There are reports of voter fraud AMONG us.”
