Fines aren’t enough to stop these guys. If Kobach destroys any documents, he should be put in jail.

Yeah if the didn’t find jack shit and the only penalty is fines I bet the records are long gone. These fucks have plenty of money and most fines are a pittance to them. They blow more money on their weekend drunken escapades.

Af first I was skeptical of the reasons Dunlap joined the commission. In retrospect, every reason he gave has turned out to be not only true, but is paying dividends. Good on him.
