This should get tossed immediately…if they had the voting record showing someone was an “illegal alien”, then they had the record that matched against them showing they weren’t. Their inability to do their due diligence on the records is not the fault of Virginia, especially since it’s very likely this issue was pointed out to them (if not in the first report then definitely in the second when they published the email explaining the issue). If anything, this shows malice on the part of PILF to lie about the issue, which should only strengthen the case against them.
Christian Adams and that whole group are complete frauds. They operate by 1) Introducing a faulty theory, 2) then using faulty methodology to uncover the facts, 3) then delivering faulty facts, then 4) running for cover and blaming others when it is revealed they have no idea of what they are talking about.
Adams used to work for the DOJ in Voting Rights (?) He should have a clue as to what data his group got from the state.
The judge should throw out their motion and fine them heavily, and have the bailiff kick Adams in the butt.
