Remember when being a violent, racist nutjob, recklessly threatening to nuke other countries was the third rail in politics?

The story was spurred by the group mounting a recruitment drive in the Richmond area, dropping fliers that read “I want you for the KKK” in mailboxes and front yards, Taylor said.

Well, as long as they’re dropping flyers at random houses, I’d love to see a bunch of Hispanics and blacks volunteer to sign up.

Since they’re separatists, I guess we’d have the first black KKK…with black sheets and black hoods?

when did British Racing Green become a Klan robe color?

As a Virginian, born and raised, I am disgusted by these people. I can assure you that the vast majority of Virginians are not represented by the likes of this “Imperial Wizard.” I don’t know where these folks performed this interview, but I have a few ideas. Greene County and Rappahannock County come to mind – but that’s not to imply all or most of the residents of those counties support the KKK. Growing up here in the Shenandoah Valley, one gets to know a lot of stuff … good and bad. Kudos to WWBT and Chris Taylor for shining a light on them. Thank you.

Looking forward to another round of Trump denying he has ever heard of the KKK.

Way to go GOP!
You’ve been nudge-nudging-wink-winking the KKK, neo-Nazis, and militia-types for years.

Rather karmic isn’t it?
That just when (R)s need them to stay still and sit quietly in the cellar–
they come bounding up-the-stairs in full-throated support of the party’s thinly-veneered racism?

Olly olly oxen free!
All good racists can come out of hiding!

It sure seems like an ugly thing-- to see bigots and racists on parade.
But in truth-- getting them all out of the cellar at once-- is a public service.

Thanks Trump!

If these guys are White Separatists, why don’t they move to a really white country??

The reason a lot of Klan members like Donald Trump is because a lot of what he believes in, we believe in. We want our country to be safe…

Then stop terrorizing people. Maybe tRump will practice his ISIL bombing runs on this group of terrorists.

“we’re white separatists”

And Xtian separatists.
And heterosexual separatists.
We are the big tent that welcomes a diverse group of bigots. That is why we support the Donald.

“We’re not the big bad hate group people think we are.”

Whew! I can sleep better knowing that

And the hits just keep on coming. I hope there are no serious injuries or deaths as a result of Drumpf’s rhetoric.

“The reason a lot of Klan members like Donald Trump is because a lot of what he believes in, we believe in.”

That should give thoughtless people who declare, “Donald Trump says what I think” something to ponder.

Конечно, я шучу

This much as inevitable. Even if there wasn’t a KKK group somewhere that would endorse Trump some of us would buy/rent the pillowcases stick 'em on our heads and make an endorsement. Its like anonymous, anyone can put words in their mouth.

We will probably see a KKK endorsement of Hilary as well, because ‘Trump scares us’.

This is a bunch of loonies trading on a brand that died decades ago. There have been three separate Klans. The original Klan was suppressed by Union forces during reconstruction. The racists hated that so much that during the '76 election theft, Congress passed Posse Comitatus as part of the payoff for the South to be quiet.

The second Klan was a multilevel marketing scam. Which is where the elaborate robes, silly titles etc. came from. Each time you rose a level you had to buy more stuff. And when you got a cut from the payments of the people you recruited. It collapsed in the 30s.

The third Klan is the remnants of the second. I bet that at least a third of their members are infiltrators. When I was a student there was a chap who managed to get himself elected as the chair of the student wing of the racist Monday Club despite being Asian. The student wing folded shortly after. That is the club that is at the center of the UK pedophile investigations.

Broccoli is fine, though I confess that I prefer cauliflower. Does this make me a rabid anti-greenite?

Verily –
And John Roberts is once again bothered by that pesky little twinge
in his knee joint — Thinks it might rain —

“Our country has changed,” Roberts wrote in the opinion he delivered that day, Shelby County v. Holder. It has wiped away so much of its racist past that the “extraordinary measures” employed by a key provision of the Voting Rights Act could no longer be justified.
