If the tax rate on upper income Americans wasn’t so astronomically high, this Patriot would never have been forced to take the actions he did. This one is Obama’s fault.

White people and alcohol - just keep those things out of my neighborhood please. And can we increase the penalty for being drunk on PBR or cosmopolitans? Because those people are the worst - inherently irresponsible.
“Another inside look at the culture of white people”? That has got to be one of the dumbest teasers I have ever seen. It’s dumb on its face, not to mention that there is no indication in the AP story of the accused guy’s race.
This website is so weird. It’s 98% great and reasonable and then every once in awhile extrudes some puerile nonsense like this and makes me wonder what I am doing here and where the editors learned their craft.

My son is 12. He was asking me this weekend about alcohol and what it does to you. I tried to remain factual, with a slight emphasis on the harm it can do.
I told him it can impair your judgment and, for instance, make it extremely dangerous for you to try to drive a car.
Now I realize I was wrong about the whole thing. I should have warned him about the dangers of being white. My apologies to Annheuser Busch.

Josh called this a look “into the culture of white people.” It’s a fun, stupid-people story. Why the gratuitous, sophomoric injection of race? TPM seems to be sliding from news organization to becoming just another media brigade in the political/culture wars. And this is far from the only example.
