Some years ago my neighbor burned a cross on his friend’s lawn who he’d had a falling out with over a drug deal.
He went to prison over that.

He’s absolutely right that these people are cowards. Most hateful pricks are. I can’t help but wonder if Trump’s rhetoric is empowering a-holes like this, however.

they told him that it will be a difficult crime to solve unless someone confesses.
God forbid they should do a little investigating, talk to a few neighbors, check on any other security cams in the vicinity, interview the victim’s alleged suspects and ask if they’ll allow a garage inspection for lawn chemicals.

Savannah, Georgia has a steamy and sordid Ante Bellum and Jim Crow history.
