Junior needs a thorough investigation. He’s shadier than a mob lawyer.
Vance knows that if he messes with Drumpf (or his evil spawn), Putin will take him out. Mess with Drumpf and you’re messing with Vlad the Impaler.
Vance said his campaign will no longer accept contributions in any amount from such lawyers and will cap donations from their law partners.
Now they'll all just buy $50,000 worth of Tupperware from Peggy Vance.

Gee, mighty white of him. No mention about giving that money back or donating it to charity though. So fuck Vance.
This is one more window into how NY in general let a freak like tRump and his spawn get away with massive amounts of shit that no other state in the country would have dared to allow, with the exception of New Jersey perhaps…and they’ve done it for decades. Now we’re all stuck with this evil ponzi, pyramid scheming, money-laundering criminal family enterprise running our government. This is what happens when lies are compounded annually and the return on their investment is being able to avoid doing real time behind bars. Madoff must be saying to himself, “oh, that lucky dog. What did I miss”?
His father would be ashamed.
Apparently, on-going mafia and Russian mob connections weren’t enough for Vance to look into. Much easier to turn the other way when presented with a nice payoff. No one was willing to stop this family when they had the opportunity. Too much like work…
Far too little, far too late. He needs to resign.
Is there anything connected to the Drumpfie Crime Family that is not dirty??
(Rhetorical question only)
Barron plays with Hitler dolls.
I knew his dad: a thoroughly decent man, foiled by the likes of Nixon, Kissinger, and Brzezinski in his attempts to make peace.
I don’t know what he’d say about his son’s finances, but I can imagine.
“After controversy over how he handled two prominent investigations, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. said he would no longer take campaign donations from defense attorneys with cases before him.”
He should be disbarred if he did it even once. This isn’t and cannot be about “Oh, you’re going to stop? Well, ok then.”
This is a corrupt district attorney. The treasonous and filthy spawn of the racist shithole in the White House have been bribing district attorneys and state attorney generals and getting away with murder, extortion, money laundering and racketeering. Cyrus Vance should resign and the case against these criminal should be re-opened.
So now that he’s won his election he will no longer take money in quite as shady a way as he did before.
What you’re supposed to do is take their campaign contributions, get the quid pro quo on tape, and then prosecute every damn one of them without giving the money back.
This story broke out very shortly before this corrupt third-base-baby was up for re-election. It was impossible to mobilize against him. His was the only name on the ballot.
Vlad the Impaler was Romanian. I suspect you’re thinking of the Russian, Vlad the Inserter …
… AKA “The man who singlehandedly gave Comrade Cockholster his internationally recognized moniker.”
“In October, ProPublica, WNYC and The New Yorker reported that Vance had overruled prosecutors who wanted to bring felony fraud charges against two of the president’s children, Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr.”
Is there any legal impediment to the New York Attorney General (or other legal authority) charging the Trump larvae with felony fraud for these same criminal acts – and parking their white-privileged butts in Attica for the duration?
“Heh Vance! I understand you won’t be accepting donations from me or my clients anymore. That a very impressive ethical move right there… Kudos! I On a completely different subject, can I introduce to my friend Bob Strawman over here? He is really impressed with your integrity and want to help your upcoming campaign by funnelling large amount of cash to it”
In teabuggerer language, Seriesly?
you mean before this you did NOT reject donations from counsel who were involved in your cases? With a straight face? without embarrsment or fear of violating at least three Rules of Ethics?
I feel for the citizens who he allegedly represents. in his mind, the citizenry consists of him, and him alone.
SAD!
