One of the Garland shooting perps avoided jail for somewhat similar transgressions. Then he surfaces later to cause mayhem. A few years from now, after leaving jail, this woman will be shooting up a grocery store or daycare center while screaming “Praise Allah” or some such nonsense. What reason is there to believe otherwise?
