I am not a conspiracy theorist, but all these bungled exchanges put together by otherwise competent technical contractors are suspicious. I also don’t buy the incompetent government bureaucrats giving orders theory. The contractors have their reputations to protect. Why would they risk that for heeding impossible demands from a bureaucrat? Is there some sabotage built in here? Again, I’m not into paranoia but this dynamic repeated over and over is mind-boggling.

I’ve had tech problems with them in the past, so color me unsurprised.
