Probably at previous points as well. Let’s start with the US-backed Juan Orlando Hernández in Honduras. A few families own most of the land in the country, so basically a land of mafia control. And yet people seek to flee the place. Amazing. Brazil and its Walking Dead Economy? Haven’t they learned anything from Morgan? Our policies create refugees.

And besides, refugee problems are for poor people. Money talks.
