I think Rand Paul said drones were okay for robbery suspects . . . . . so he couldn’t dismantle the entire program.

Normally I would be against this, but if ISIS is as bad as they say. I hope my country does everything they can to stop them.

What’s your viable alternative to drones?
Here’s mine.
Put phasers onto drones that could stun the bad guys, scoop them up into the drone, and then take them off to prison. That is my alternative and the problem is the technology for it doesn’t exist as of now.
