Which would matter if any part of our government actualy worked on majority rule. Instead between gerrymandering in the House, the disproportionate nature of representation in the Senate, and the Electoral College all the elected aspects of the federal government are under the control of a disproportionately white, rural minority.
Someone needs to let these folks know they can’t make demands on the party not in power. So whoever is leading these needs to get themselves educated into how government works

Do NOT let them put you on the defensive and don’t dismiss the possibility that these protests are instigated by the Russians or the GOP just like during the campaign.

Very unwise.dem Congtessman Luis Guttierez got Dreamers worked up this week and turned on his own Party for not doing enough, when Democrats are the only people going to bat for Dreamers.
This strategy was employed by Code Pink years ago over AIDS funding. The DACA protesters today should remember how unpopular Code Pink became, even though their cause was just. An adversarial position as regards the Democrats would a disaster for the Dreamers, but there you have it.
