Discussion for article #237800
Isn’t Clifford the fellow who, just last year, said he found the wreck of the Santa Maria, the lost flagship from Christopher Columbus’ first voyage to the Western Hemisphere, during a search off the coast of Haiti??
I remember experts said that it couldn’t have been the Santa Maria because of the nails which had alloys only found in much later ship construction.
Sounds like someone with, perhaps, good intentions but perhaps an ego bent to self promotion and a lack of Sherlock-like powers of observation, preciseness and problem solving.
(*Yup…My alter inflated ego got in the mix too! ~wink!~)
hey he may have mistake the ship for the santa maria big friggin deal I wish I had this kinda job …being able to travel all over the world looking for treasure …like when you were a kid diging in the back yard for that box of marbles you buried years before…I am jealous of this guy plus…man women would flock to someone that did that…and that aint to bad either…lol
