Have to give a shout-out to the photographer here. You need to make that your default Cuomo photo.

I’ve got no love for Cuomo - New York democrats deserve much better. Kos has been documenting the absurdities:

I’m sure this is all the doing of Bill Clinton…or possibly Chelsea!

Agree, always been a smug, entitled little shit.

Haven’t lived in NY in a long while so I don’t know that much about Cuomo except that for some unfathomable reason he made medicinal marijuana in NY edible only. Does he get huge contributions from the edible marijuana industry or something?

Re: edible MJ

No, tobacco companies don’t want competition so I’m guessing they are behind this. If (hopefully when) marijuana is no longer illegal, I know lots of smokers who will switch from tobacco to weed. As a matter of fact, I know of at least one person who kicked their 32-year nicotine addiction by staying stoned for 2 weeks.

This is a distraction from Bridgeghazi and yet more of the organized corruption instituted by Chris Christie. And yes, I’m half serious.
Doing unethical things to obstruct an ethics investigation takes some real east coast chutzpah.
Is Cuomo jealous of the Jersey jamoke or is his little world melting also?

While it’s all well and good to complain about Cuomo, the big news is that Preet Bharara sent this letter and made it public.

I think that Bharara believes that Cuomo is obstructing justice, and by giving this instruction, he has preemptively shot down a defense of, “My lawyers said that it was OK, see this memo.”

The news here is that (hurray!) Cuomo has a better than a 50/50 chance of being indicted.
