Friends , there may have been a “plan” to bring all troops back from Afghanistan but few ever believed it would actually happen, It was great for the press and a feel good story for the rubes at home but seems to have been a fluid plan all along.I am ,however gratified to see that the guy in the WH actually LISTENED to his military advisers instead of going all “imperial dictator” to the horror of his winger pals in Congress.
It’s called leading from behind. Ten years in and all we have created is more hatred and terrorism. Imperial America invades and occupies a sovereign nation and for more than 10 years continues its reign of terror on the Afghan people, some of the poorest people on the planet. For what purpose?
