There go two more trump voters.
We’re sending racists who promote violence and intimidation to prison?
Good, because I have a list of names for the next batch to send up the river and Bannon is at the very top.
Oh boy, that’s gotta be a long list, give or take a few million names…
Presidential pardon in 3, 2… oh, I forgot, none of them are big donors. Never mind.
The judge ordered the two permanently banished from Douglas County once they are released.
Just in case anyone’s wondering, yes, this is a real thing in Georgia: county-by-county exile. It used to be legal to essentially exile someone from the entire state, but that got struck down, so judges started exiling people from every Georgia county except the one they thought the defendant would least want to go to. That’s still legal.
It’s absolute bullshit and has been abused just as badly in the past as you’d expect. (No objection to the rest of the sentences in this case, of course.)
“Teacher says every time a racist gets hard time in prison, an angel gets it’s wings!”
Isn’t it an old Confederate custom to point guns at black children and crash parties where they are not wanted? I’m surprised they didn’t use that Jeff Sessions excuse as their defense.
That Kayla Rae is one rancid Georgia peach.
Also, “Jose Ismael Torres”? Apparently no self-reflection at all.
“A Georgia judge sentenced two people to lengthy prison terms for their role in the disruption of a black child’s birthday party with Confederate flags, racial slurs and armed threats.”
Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III: “Political correctness run amok!”
A guy with that hispanic of a name was waving the confederate flag to intimidate blacks? HFS he ain’t a history buff is he? Tell him whatever he does don’t pull off his hood at the next KKK meeting!
We’z jus hav’n us some good ol’ funnin’ judge. Dint mean no harm’sall. Heard the clown couldn’t make it so we thawt we’d gave the lil’ N a prade.
