Even if Michael Brown had a criminal record, exactly how does that have ANY relevance whatsoever to the case?
Preposterous lawsuit; I cannot believe that the judge even considered this request.

What they really mean is that they don’t have anything concrete as evidence that he “deserved” to get murdered, and they’re desperately trying to gin up a reason.

mr. brown’s juvenile records, if he had one, bear no relevance at all to the issue at hand. “just because we’re curious.” isn’t a sufficient reason to release them, if they actually exist.
Makes absolutely no sense. The plaintiffs can’t possibly be granted standing in something like this, could they?
More efforts by the racist right wing human crap piles to blame the victim. What the fuck does his past have to do with his cold blooded execution at the hands of the police?
Where are their lawsuits demanding to see an incident report on the shooting of an unarmed teenager?
There is NO relevance. This request is for pure character assassination and, to negatively influence any potential jury pool with unrelated matters into the decedent background. The officer at the time of the contact obviously would NOT have known anything about his juvenile or adult so-called criminal history.
