Glad to see Twitter suing to protect the 1st amendment from the Trump Administration, but if they want a quicker result, just kick Trump off for a day.

Twitter is a private company. No one has a “right” to a Twitter account or to use Twitter. Twitter should just threaten to delete Trump twitter account if they don’t back off.

Twitter’s suit asks for reasonable legal fees. Given the number of attorneys from a big name firm worked on this - Trump and his legions are going to cost us a ton.
Request to any attorneys commenting - any estimate of how much it costs for the work that Wilmer has already done on this? I’m afraid to guess as I am not an attorney and will throw out a woefully low number.
This won’t be the last instance of the trumpanzees steamrolling the First Amendment. And I agree that Twitter would impress me more if they shut down that ignorant SOB’s account.
