Discussion: Twitter Files Motion To Dismiss Nunes Suit: Twitter User Rules Are Not 'Political'

Yes, Virginia, there is a doofus representative from California.

Maybe there needs to be a troll Santa Claus account that follows Nunes’ various frivolous lawsuits.

“We enforce the Twitter Rules impartially for all users, regardless of their background or political affiliation,” a spokesperson told TPM. “We are constantly working to improve our systems and will continue to be transparent in our efforts.”

It already exists as the Devin Nunes’ Cow account ( @DevinCow ). This is the one that, as soon as the idiot filed his suit, within a day grew to have far more followers than Nunes has (currently at about 630k followers). They post lots of satirical stuff, are running a fund-raising campaign to fund the lawsuit defense and have promised to give all the left-over funds to whoever runs against him. He really did open a Pandora’s box of satire, couldn’t happen to a more reprehensible guy…

With the flip of a cow chip, motion dismissed!

Yeah, I’m rooting for them against Nunes of course, but that was some Grade A Horse Hockey right there.

Did Nunes ever actually serve the named Defendants? Last time I looked he had filed the suit but not served it - allowing him to claim he was suing these “baddies” and milking his constituents/fundraisers while not actually having to do anything to pursue the lawsuits.

Don’t cow chips have another name? Something related to a different gender?

I swear this face is just crying out to have a pornstache, which won’t help but hey a man’s got to do manly things.

So if Mair tweeted from IA, or any of the other 49 states besides VA doesn’t that mean he has to file suit in all those states she tweeted from? And what happens if she tweeted on a plane or a train? Heaven help him if she tweeted from Canada or Mexico.

Except in this case, you want the motion “granted,” and the case “dismissed.” Sorry, I’m a lawyer.

User Rules so easy a cow could understand them … and abide by them.
