Trump shouldnât be afforded this privilege. PERIOD.
does he get a ride in the golden coach? heâs so deserving ya know.
Let the protests, along with the trump baby balloon, commenceâŚ
With Brexit and the latest Extinction Movement, the Brits are very well practiced at holding protestsâŚ
I expect that the marches against him will dwarf those crowds.
Do the Brits REALLY deserve this? Donât they have enough problems already?
Our most embarrassing export.
Cadet bonespurs has no place at a D Day memorial.
It has not been announced whether he will address Parliament, an honor granted to presidents including Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama.
Please, please let him address Parliament. He can regale them with tales of strawberry pilfering and missing keys.

If there was any justice in this world May would drop Trump off at the Ecuadorian Embassy, where the Ambassador would hand Trump a bucket, mop, and broom to clean up the mess Assange left behind.
See if I get that right: May extended a state visit to Trump but the ultimate version turned out to be NOT a state visit?
If so, hope it happens this time.
I hope Her Majesty the Queen chooses the precise piece of jewelry to express her view on the matter. Sheâs quite good at that.
Iâm imagining London thronged with people lining the streets, chanting as Trump passes by, âYouâre not very good! Youâre not very good! Youâre not very good! Youâre not very good!â
Unfortunately, most of what Trump deserves and should be afforded is barred by both the 8th Amendment and the 1689 English Bill of Rights.
God save the QueenâŚfrom having to spend ANY quality time with this creature. But sheâll be up to it, having entertained the likes of Idi Amin and Vladimir Putin previouslyâŚ
Why on Earth do they keep inviting this jackass to ANYTHING?
British PM Teresa May is unfortunately too weak and stupid to do the right thing, so Queen Elizabeth II should âcatch a coldâ and cancel the state visit. No one is less deserving of any kind of state honor than Trump, who has repeatedly interfered in British politics and supports the disastrous BREXIT initiative.
Some insecure brides choose only ugly bridesmaids to make themselves look prettier.
Brexit makes the parlimentarians want to stand next to 45* in all the photographs.
I much prefer the Queen saying âOn second thought. WEâŚDONâT⌠WANTâŚYOURâŚKINDâŚHERE.â and Macron doing the same thing. Although the British really can âcutâ people in public.
There is some very high-level thinking here, it is a state visit after all. The Brits know that the invitation is provocative and will bring hundreds of thousands of protesters into the street. They also know Trump is a crook, a grifter, narcissist, phony, fraud, cheater, liar, etc. but there is this bigger problem for the UK, a bigger problem than Brexit. Itâs the danger of losing connection as US isolates and drifts away from the prevailing global order of a few centuries. Sure, the rise of Asia is ineluctable, but the US has a lot of its roots in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. In particular there is a thousand years of common law that we share, a thousand years where the deal was that nobody was above the law, something formalized in modern government several centuries ago. Itâs very little about buggy rides, fancy dinners, parades, or looking at old buildings.
Iâm sure the Queenâs advisors have told the staff to keep plenty of ketchup on hand and to limit the tableâs silverware settings to one fork and one spoon.
