Super moralistic upright citizen Bernie also made up stories about his wife not having time to remember which drawer they were in or something. Then in several months time after that never coming up with any returns. A much bigger deal should have been made of this too. He was hiding something. Probably a bunch of things.

People should follow the Elizabeth Warren model and send a bunch of unflattering tweets about The Donald’s odious business dealings about an hour before he’s due to speak on the floor. That’s about the most reliable way to get him off script. If his June fundraising numbers are out by then (and they are as dismal as predicted), that might be a good topic to poke to provoke a reaction live on stage during prime time.
Paul Ryan is rigging the Convention to make Donald Tramp look like a loser. This will help burnish Paul Ryan’s own Presidential campaign.

I see this sort of thing all the time on TPM, and it is the main reason I won’t subscribe to Prime. If I can’t even trust the writers and editors to get the words right, for Chrissakes, why would I trust them with anything more in-depth?
