Why does tRump wear a jacket when visiting hot places? He wore that same jacket in Houston, Puerto Rico and now the Carolinas.

No. I don’t think he is ever normal nor could he pass for a human being. He is a stilted narcissist who says awkward, thoughtless things. It disturbs me that he shows up at disaster sites, does the bare minimum, and expects to be praised for his behavior. For tRump to act normal is to be out of character. Malignant crackpot!
