Discussion: Trump's NATO Threats Don't Worry Scott Brown: 'His Wife Is From That Region'

“Trump’s threats to back out of the U.S.'s NATO obligations were merely a negotiating tactic”

With who? About what? Some tiff with his wife?

Mr. Brown is, and continues to be, an idiot. But, a promising potential cabinet member in Trump’s administration.

Scott–not the brightest bulb in the chandelier–has obviously confused Slovenia, where Melania hails from, with Slovakia. They’re not close. Look it up. Which is what Scotty boy should have done.

(Oh, the shame when I realize that this doofus was one of my senators for a couple of years!)

I give it months, not years. After Trump loses, he will blame Malaria’s speech for causing the meltdown in support.

We don’t need to worry until wife #4 turns out to be from Chelyabinsk.

Drumpf’s wife is from Slovenia?? It’s long been rumored that Dr. Frankenstein did make some early creations which turned out to be a little warped. Maybe Drumpf’s present wife --for who knows for how long-- just might be one of those missing creations.

Exactly. Slovenia is in the same area as Estonia if you believe Boston, MA is in the same area as Jacksonville, FL. Not really.

I knew that Republicans only cared about homophobia and racism when these affected them personally. Apparently this approach now extends to foreign policy as well. (An ominous sign given that Trump’s wife is not from the Baltic region.)

Well, they’re closer, because Europe is smaller. Slovakia, which was dominated by Austria for most of the past few hundred years, is a lot more favorably inclined toward Russia than the Baltic countries, who basically hate the Russians, having known them all too well.

On the bright side, no one has ever accused Scott Brown of plagiarism.

No. His thoughts are much too stupid to be second hand. They’re quite original, thank you.
