The moral of this story is that credible threats of impeachment work. The biggest mistake Pelosi made this year was her ‘he’s not worth it’ comment just as Barr was scheming to shut Mueller down. That emboldened the GOP and Dems were unprepared for the stonewall strategy. Now, Pelosi might’ve finally found her footing. Just have to make sure she doesn’t do those flippant walk backs. Impeachment has to be on the table in a credible way if you’re going to get things done with this crooked administration.

I could be wrong, but I think someday in the future - the image at the podium with the sign - will be memed so hard against Trump that it will rival ‘Mission Accomplished’ as a visual of Loserdom per a president.
