Interesting. Yesterday, you said the PO(tu)S said he became aware in “the last couple of days.” Could your change of verbiage to “very recently” have anything to do with last night’s NYT reporting that the statement was discussed on the plane coming back from Europe last week?
Sekulow and Kasowitz are playing this chess game at the level of “I didn’t know the horsey could jump over my piece. You sly dog, Mueller!”

Someone, I don’t remember who, probably Norm Ornstein, said that the GOP has lost it’s moorings as it now has eschewed ethics and norms and almost exclusively relies on legalities as sources of justification for it’s actions
