With the fallout from firing McCabe and the Cambridge Analytica news, you gotta wonder if maybe now they welcome the Stormy Daniels story as a distraction.
Isnât plausible deniability a 100 level course at lawyer school?
Davidson (Daniels former attorney) was the middleman.
No, no, I didnât mean you copied it, I meant you beat me to it by a few seconds
So, olâ Keith just might have not only been the intermediary in this (perhaps weâll get the scoop in the 60 Mins interview on how she got the doc to sign?) but he might have toddled around and delivered a few ominous âif you know whatâs good for youâ hints too.
Iâm starting to think that Michael Cohen is just not a very good lawyer. Is it just me?
âI have never e-mailed her. I have never met her. I have never texted her.â
âEvery interaction with Ms. Clifford was always through her previous attorney,â Cohen added.
While the interaction part is possibly true, was this letter just Davidsonâs idea?
Cohen may have a law degree, but he is not a lawyer. He is not Trumpâs legal representative. He is Trumpâs fixer, lickspittle, and wannabe heavy.
âŚbut I did send her dick pics.
I knew it was time for another Stormy story.
DailyCaller. Really?
True! Although, iâve never really known porn stars to have many speaking roles in their line of work. Oddly enough, she has MUCH more credibility than the Dotard or his attorney could ever hope for. Imagine that.
Who wrote that on your bathroom mirror this morning? Was it wrote with lipstick or soap?
Makes you wonder whoâs watching who, doesnât it Cohen?
Inevitably it comes down to âhe said/she saidâ.
On one hand, we have the word of a cheap, publicity-seeking, money-hungry whore.
On the other hand, we have the word of Stormy Daniels.
Inevitably it comes down to âshe said/he didâ what?
Agreed. One item that nobody seems to be paying attention to is that the agreement included a waiver of any and all claims against Clifford by Trump personally. Seems like that is a material part of the consideration that she was to receive. By arguing that Trump knew nothing of the deal and Cohen was just out there freelancing, it strikes me that there was never a contract formed because either there was no meeting of the minds on the deal (regardless of whether Cohenâs fictional company paid some money) or through fraud in the inducement (she thought she was receiving something of benefit that the negotiating party could not deliver). In my view, the politically expedient strategy seems to have created some real long term legal problems for Trumpâs teamâs efforts to try to enforce the agreement.
Exactly how does the stupid son-of-a-bitch think this plays out?
How long before her lawyer reveals they have audio of her and Cohen speaking with each other?
âTrumpâs Lawyer Cohen: Iâve Never Spoken To Or Threatened Stormy Daniels.â
He went on to say, âI had Rocco and Guido do it for me.â
âIf they think weâre all this stupid, itâs gonna be so easy to take them down.â
Yes, they think we are all this stupid. Yes, itâs going to be easy to take them down.
Interpretive dance.
