We are better people, of that I’m convinced.

But in this case, we’re just shooting ourselves in the foot and hurting our own constituents. I’m tired of watching Republicans appoint judge after judge after judge who interpret laws to hurt our constituents while we still seek common ground that just isn’t there.

And I am sure the incidentals are outrageous. Except from what I am seeing, his dry cleaning and laundry bill is pretty minimal. There was a picture that I cannot find at the moment, of Trump greeting the Queen at Windsor. The state of his pants were bad. They looked like they had been tossed into the suitcase and not folded and prepped for the occasion. But then I saw his shoes. Dull and worn, scrapes on the side. Coupled with so many of the other pictures out there of his mealy grin and his family just reveling being there, it lends the idea that they all think they were going to Disney Land. Surprised we didn’t see Eric and Jr. cruising by with a Corn Dog and Soda, mustard smeared on their chins. They seem to treat the Queen as a tourist attraction. I am about as casual and lax as a person gets when it comes to attire and behavior. But they all hit my limits. The whole damn family comes across as not housebroken. I am surprised the Queen didn’t demand newspapers and piddle pads being deployed while the Trumps were about.

And this is a surprise to anyone why, exactly?

Gee, I wonder why Ireland, with its long history of emigration, might possibly dislike old Nativist Donnie.

We’re the poor, the huddled masses,
We have sailed across the sea,
Left the old world for the new one,
Left our homeland to be free.

If I was Taoiseach Varadkar, I would arrange for some health inspectors to find rats in the kitchen of Trump’s club and shut it down for a few days. Just for the tweets

After an exhausting European vacay and the hard work of tweeting this morning, he is taking a break from the world.

In the article, it states that the pub owners aren’t worried - that they know they’ll be paid. So I guess they haven’t conversed with any of the Trumps’ previous contractors…

Awwww… Isn’t that cute! The trust of small-town folks can be adorable!

I wouldn’t give the trumps a burger and fries unless they paid cash upfront, and I had the cash verified as real by one of those machines… And even then I’d be racing down to the local bank to deposit it quickly so that I’m not out the money if it proves to be just a decent fake.

also, Dubliners didn’t want him traveling to Dublin.

Agreed. But it’s “whoever,” not “whomever.”

Willing to fight over this one.

Which works out to $34,285.00 per actual stroke.

…massive opportunities for an insider to enrich themselves.

That’s what my son told me.

Yep that’s what I think too. Not only does he get to change subject from mueller but he gets to make money from it. My guess it’s not just friends but his kids and shell corps buying stocks

Too bad Trump hasn’t had an actual stroke.

I’ve got to believe his cholesterol is running 40% Big Mac secret sauce.

People are still pissed off that the Obama administration didn’t move to impeach dubya because of the Iraq War. We have to move forward but because there’ll never be enough time to rid ourselves of PP’s crimes and policies in a new administration, I personally wouldn’t want a new Democratic administration to say, let’s use precious resources including time to investigate golf course spending in a corrupt administration. I want to forget about trumPP beginning on Inauguration Day 2021.

I don’t. It’ll take years to dig through the damage he’s causes and work to ensure that it’ll never happen again.

Will be satisfied if he’s just forced to lose all his precious properties in another bankruptcy, though.
