It makes my heart hurt to think that anyone who identifies himself/herself as religious could ever support a deceitful, uncaring, mean, money-grubbing agenda. Where were the clergy voices about letting Obamacare fail regardless of who gets hurt? I grew up in a home of church goers, but my parents thought religion meant that we were our brothers’ keeper.

I’m assuming Pence and the woman we’re proud to call Mother might have their own favorites, rendering some of the incumbents redundant. I wonder if the current occupants were promised some temporal remuneration, although just the prestige of association with a self-identified “strong Christian” like Trump may have seduced them.
