It is very common for public prosecutors to have “grave antipathy and animus” towards criminals, that much is true.

Well, that’s it, right? Once the court realizes that the Plaintiffs are MOTIVATED, the facts of the case will not matter at all; it will have to be dismissed, right? Because that’s how civil litigation works… if you don’t like the opposing party, the suit’s off.

What the actual fsck is going on with these idiots?

“Trumps Claim New York AG’s ‘Anti-Trump’ Bias Taints Foundation Lawsuit”

Just like Bruce Ohr & Peter Strzok’s ‘Anti-Russian Spy’ bias tainted Mueller’s Investigation.

“They further alleged that James ‘ran on an anti-Trump campaign where she expressed grave antipathy and animus’ towards Trump, referring to him as an ’illegitimate President’.”

Absolutely!

By all means, let’s establish as a legal precedent that any office holder who runs on a campaign that expresses “grave antipathy and animus” toward the future subject of their actions is disqualified from taking them.

Like one who runs on a campaign bashing Muslims, and then enacts a travel ban.

Or one who runs on a campaign bashing immigrants, and then cages their children.

Maybe one who runs a campaign bashing Russian sanctions, and then lifts them.

Something like that.

Well being a fucking idiot and a well know cheapskate it amazes me the the idiot part always directs the actions.

That bingo card won’t be full for years. After Trump is gone, however that happens, the lawsuits will continue forever and ever because Jr., Ivanka, and Eric are all younger than Dad, but just as stupid as dear old Dad.

Like Capone arguing that the IRS had an anti Capone bias.

No.

They have bias against people breaking the law.

Pam Bondi , AG of Florida, received $25K initially from the Trump Foundation. She decided not to pursue suits against Trump University. That’s not bias. That;s cash. Which, to quote Yogi, is just as good as money.

When the Judge rejects this again, will they try again and again and again?

Is this a typo or an economical contraction of “fuck’s sake”?
