He will tell them that if they had supported republicans and his walls this would not have happened. But they did not and the MS-13 came out of their sanctuary cities and started the fires.

He will meet with the Kanye-Kardashian Klan and tout the benefits of PRIVATIZING fire response teams.
Sure - make Paradise’s descent into hell complete. I’m sure everyone will be thrilled to see you. 
Just what a victim of a fire needs, Trump standing around bragging about how great he is and what a worthless lout Jerry Brown is.

Hopefully the visit will be mercifully short.
ETA I wonder how many people will mistake him for a “singe” victim.
And then he will tweet about how well he was treated in California, and give his administration an A on putting out the fires.

People out here were pissed at his tweet about the fire, so he won’t get a friendly reception. I suspect they are trying to find a place where they can put a friendly crowd together for a photo op, instead of actually sending him in to see people that were affected. That’s no surprise, when you set up your presidency as only for certain Americans it limits your ability to visit all Americans when there is a tragedy you can try to take advantage of.

Reports are that in the aftermath of the elections and his trip to Paris Trump is “extremely pissed off at just about everyone.” This should make for a “fun” time when he visits victims of the California fire holocausts. May the gods help them. Trump certainly won’t.
A majority of the residents probably voted for him. Butte county and the surrounding area is pretty Republican.
Rain may actually keep him away.
