Meanwhile, those in Florida’s panhandle desperately need more help after the hurricane last year. An article recently in the LA Times indicated people had to drive for an hour to a gas station to fill up, long commutes to work. It sounded like a third world country. Pathetic. I hate that orange SOB.

If I’m to begrudge Alabama their disaster relief, I’ll wait for a hurricane and single out the politicians and hedge fund managers who own the high-rise, subsidized, half-a-million-dollar beach condos of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The broken glass would be all swept up by now, and the lazy rivers freshly dug out and chlorinated.
Oh, but that was California. Those were not his people.
