Wouldnā€™t having Donald Trump as President of the United States be more than torture enough for the nation and the entire world?

"Trump On Enhanced Interrogation: ā€˜Nothing Should Be Taken Off The Tableā€™

Not even a toy soldier is Trump.

Donald: Ever wonder why ISIS beheads people? Think about it, asshole.

There are few things on which there is such a solid consensus as torture. Since early modern times, forward-looking political and religious leaders have agreed that itā€™s deeply wrong. Interrogators who want to get solid information, and arenā€™t interested in breaking the prisonerā€™s psyche as a weapon of terror, agree it doesnā€™t work. George Washington, a person who arguably had his nationā€™s best interests in mind most of the time, forbade it.

But then, on the other hand, we have the opinion of the reality-show buffoon whose wife testified to his having pulled out her hair and raped her in a fit of pique. So thereā€™s that. If youā€™re impressed with clownish pseudo-toughness from people who were never within a thousand miles of a battlefield, I guess that counts for something.

Could Trump, at the present moment, be snatched off his Brit golf course and taken to The Hague on a misdemeanor charge?

Good to know Trump will Make America Great Again by keeping the Zyklon B option on the table.

Welp, weā€™ve got the clearest personality test imaginable for the Republican base, donā€™t we? If you support Trump, you explicitly signal to the entire world that youā€™re a brutal, sadistic sociopath.

Making America Torture Again.

Play videos of your speeches and debates; that would be the worst torture.

I totally agree. And the first sonofabitch we need to strap to the table is Trump.

Kudos to Trump. He would do everything necessary to protect the safety of the nation including perhaps torture thereby satisfying the Republican base. Yet he qualified his position with acknowledgement that torture is viewed by many as ineffective. More liberal-minded people may conclude he really would not condone torture except in some hypothetical worst-case scenario. I say ā€œA smart answerā€ and I am no fan of his.

Millions will celebrate the day when Trump is taken off the table and and he returns to the world of reality TVā€¦

Hard to press the ā€˜likeā€™ button, but thanks for posting those.

We need to remind ourselves what our country did in Iraq.

And El Salvador, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, to Native Americans, in Philadelphia, Mississippi, Chile, My Lai, No Gun Ri, the Philippines, and a few dozen other nations, wars, battles, massacres, peoples and rebellions against repression, torture and seizures of land and possessions.
We fill school childrenā€™s minds with the most grandiose bullshit about the divine nature of this nation. It should be illegal to paper over our true nature and past deeds.

Whoa, Tiger! I can only handle one atrocity at a time!

So breaking international law is now OK? Thatā€™s supposed to keep us safe?

What a shallow, cowardly chickenshit way to promote yourself, Donald. Go back to your TV shows, where everythingā€™s fake.

Quick, someone get this brave soul of a patriot a camo uniform and an M16 and put him to work in defense of his beloved America. Maybe his wife, his sons, and daughter could join him on the front line.
