Battle of the Hair bands?
I thought we were all about to die from ebola, so what’s the point, Donald?
I find this headline to be misleading and pure click bait. If you have followed this, it is clear that the Pegulas have been the forerunners in this process and have been reported with the largest bid so far. Trump will never get past the NFL owners and so he is being used by the Wilson family to bolster their bids.
The last thing in the world the NFL owners want is Donald Trump getting his foot in the door. No way they will allow him to buy the team. Everyone involved remembers what happened with the USFL
Did the NFL miss the Donald Sterling fiasco? Unlike Sterling, Trump makes his idiotic and borderline racist statements on Twitter. Whatever limited skills of self-censorship he uses to mask the most disgusting versions of his beliefs is only going to deteriorate with age.
To paraphrase The Donald, if Goodell allows Trump into the NFL, then we will know the NFL is run by an incompetent idiot.
Yes it is the last thing in the world the NFL owners want - Donald Trump. Jerry Jones is more than enough but I don’t believe Trump has much in the way of real assets at all. He has always maximized his business leverage with OPM.
And if Pegulas wins the bid I’m sure Trump will scream about “foreign” investors … or something.
So when Donald wins the bidding, does the team name get changed to TRUMP Buffalo Bills, or to Buffalo Bill Trumps?
And is he going to get the city of Buffalo to pay for all the gold leaf on the stadium?
Great, something else Donald can run into bankruptcy (again).
What a deadbeat. Pay your fucking bills, Donald.
Was there not a story about a shark attack or an attractive young white woman in peril this space could have been devoted to? Or, failing that, a story about how people are coping with the fact that August is hot “Beating the Heat”?
And you’ll be able to see the TRUMP gold leaf all the way from Schenectady!
and this lunatic wants to buy the buffalo bills? i seriously doubt that ralph wilson (who was one of the nfl’s best guys) would approve. replacing a decent, community- oriented guy with this self-serving maniac would be a travesty for the nfl.
