And this is the man that lower to lower-middle income voters think will Make America Great Again? A real champion of the people!

It’s fitting that “Prurient Ivy Smut” is an anagram for “Trump University”

And I could have settled it and when I saw her documentation …
Why would I give her money? Probably should have settled it, but I just can’t do that.
Mentally I can’t do it. I’d rather spend a lot more money and fight it,"
Trump said at a rally in Arkansas last month, according to a transcript.

Tell me again why we need an egotistic f^ck as POTUS?

Gee, “billionaire” bully tries to bury people suing him for fraud with million dollar SLAPP suits.

Why? Because we had one in George W. Bush and look how well it worked out for everybody.

Many in our legal system like to believe that it provides a level playing field, but this case, among other similar, as well as disparate, cases, is strong evidence that it falls far short of that.

Those with financial resources and/or other forms of power can too often use the legal system to beat, or wear, down opponents until they are so emotionally and/or financially exhausted that they just want peace, no matter how just their cause, and it’s hard to blame them.

Significant reform could perhaps remedy some of this, by providing remedies for retaliatory behaviors, and speeding up the process.

Others more legally savvy than I can, no doubt, point to other measures which might be useful.

I like the Billionaire Bully, but what about Legal Mafioso?

I don’t know, maybe because I grew in place where fleece prevention was pretty much your own responsibility. I have a hard time feeling much sympathy for people that fall this kind of things: for profit universities, gold coins, pyramid sales…

Speaking of pyramid sales, Unca Ben has a grain storage facility he’s renting out space in…

Wow. What a horrible human he is

This sort of cowardice is precisely what is the matter with America. It is also why we have Mister Dump and “his” followers licking their collective chops over the Oval Office. Someone rent this lady a spine (I figure that the “democratic party” has one they haven’t used since 2010 or so.)

If she hasn’t fielded any death threats yet, they’ll be starting soon. The Rump is as big an opportunist as every politician and his supporters really are as absolutely nucking futs as their champion would indicate.

I am telling you.

There has never been a person like this man in United States history. Even the slavemasters operated in a much more controlled environment than Donald Trump’s environment.

Look it up.
