Well, my own challenge is to fight off that feeling you have when you can’t believe you’re actually arguing about something, like if some acquaintance grew up thinking cows can fly or something. Bush touched off for no good reason a major war that got hundreds of thousands of people killed and destablized a region worse than it already was which hardly seemed possible. We know that. But he’s hardly the first head of state to do that. OTOH he knew presidents don’t spend their day reading “documents” and so forth. He had more of a clue than that.
