I know the economics can get complicated, but it seems like unless companies get government subsidies and/or reduce wages the cost of the products they produce will go up. Putting tariffs on foreign competitors will do likewise. Buying American is a nice slogan but I wonder how the people protesting an increase in the minimum wage because fast food will cost more are going to react to this…

Aside from a few chatters, its rather amazing that the Libertarians are currently ‘radio silent’.

He got nothing. These jobs come courtesy of money from Indiana taxpayers, with a likely promise of more money to come from American taxpayers.
Those workers are going to really ‘love’ it, when UTI (via Carrier) still goes through with the layoffs (of course when the coast is clear) .
