No substantial upgrades or alterations to the United States' nuclear weaponry arsenal or systems have been made since Trump took office. Trump is lying.Well, I wish he would stop talking about those nukes - and on the anniversary for Nagasaki, no less.
It almost goes without saying that truth is irrelevant to L’il Donnie and his base – this is purely about appealing to the GOP base’s bizarre war and death fetish, whipping up his base into a psycho-sexual frenzy at the thought of using a nuke.

Everything he has been doing has been a futile attempt to grab the news cycle away from the probes of his finances.

I don’t think the actual Russia collusion will amount to much.
