Yep, a “working” visit – Trump will be working on finding Russian agents in the UK who can help him with a quick escape to Moscow when the indictment comes.
The visit is not an official “state visit,” and Trump is not expected to meet with Queen Elizabeth or other members of the royal family.
The Queen was actually OK granting Trump an audience, so long as Jeeves could take a shit in his shoes after he'd removed them in the entryway.Guess this means no ride in the golden carriage for you, Dump.
I hope a couple hundred thousand Londoners turn out and raise hell during the visit. Effigies, mocking posters, noise, traffic jams, whatever invective and insults they can muster. And toss May in the mix with him.

Completely unrelated sort of but talking with a conserative co-worker we somehow got on to energy discussion and he made some claim that there was a laser fusion lab that got shut down due to Obama Admin cuts. I’d never heard that so googled a bit and did find some articles claiming Obama cuts were going to possibly shut down some laser research lab, but also found a new one saying the same about Trump budget cuts!
Too fucking funny especially since Obama was probably only having to cut back due to Republican congress.

Dear United Kingdom
Please accept our apologies for the unpleasant incidents on July 14th, 15th and 16th.
We understand that although Brexit has many similarities to our own recent political events, this does not make it all right to demand payment for legal costs arising from the work of British citizen Steele.
We also deeply regret our statement of equivalency regarding how September 11th was exactly like all the years of World War II bombing and the blitz, and the president’s asking where the big showy memorial to the victims was. Thank you for patiently explaining why he couldn’t fit it on the itinerary.
Regarding the remarks as to the comliness of Prime Minister May, and why the president told everyone that she had come on to him, again, we deeply, deeply apologize for the misunderstanding of his remarks, taken out of context.
Thank you for hosting us, and we hope that although the golden coach was in the shop for repairs during the President’s visit, that it will be available next time.
