Bossert at press conference :“The states all informed us that they were in the right operational posture to respond to the storm.”
Sounds like this man ought to be detailed to handle the Moscow Tape questions in the future.
Good luck? They’re going to be safe?
Um…
“Get Mexico to pay for the wall and then we’ll talk!”
“Good luck to everybody!” Trump yelled back. “They’re going to be safe. Good luck to everybody. Good luck.”
As if they were finalists on “The Apprentice.” What a worthless, moronic POS.
He said, “Good luck!” What he meant was, “Good luck, losers! You shouldn’t have built on the coast. And to show you how much disdain I have for you, my “Administration” is right now working on killing federal subsidies for flood insurance. See ya; wouldn’t wanna be ya!”
Best Regards, too!
What an ass.
There’s a hurricane with Mar-a-Lago’s name on it.
“Good luck.”
Make America Katrina Again!
Dude, you give him far too much credit.
I love the Texas Coast. Port Aransas is a wonderful place. Great memories there. I hope it survives. It’s a gamble to ever build on a barrier island, and I suppose it’s all just a matter of time.
Uh-huh. Donald says to plan ahead. Donald says to heed the authorities. He could have added that for Christ’s sake people in the storm’s path should have more prudence and common sense than an idiot like himself but I think we all get that without it’s needing to be said.
…now watch this drive.
Bush’s approval ratings were already in decline in the summer of 2005, but Katrina may have accelerated that deterioration.
That’s why Republicans are concerned about Trump. While he did tweet about the storm later on Friday, his morning began with the president picking fights with Senate Republicans — including airing private conversations with Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) about Corker’s pending decision about whether to seek a third term next year.
That earned a rebuke from one of Corker’s colleagues, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), who replied directly on Twitter to one of Trump’s posts Friday morning.
“… [K]eep on top of hurricane Harvey,” Grassley wrote in his distinctive shorthand. “dont mke same mistake Pres Bush made w Katrina.”

Go ahead, Senator. Talk to the Void
What just luck, no prayers?..Heathen!
I’ll fly over, look out the window, act concerned and wave once the danger is past.
He’s going to eff it up. You just know it.
Trump just signed an emergency order authorizing FEMA to carry out history’s largest airlift of relief coal.
He might be the eff-ee…
He’s probably hoping all that water makes the coal even cleaner.
