The DPRK may not have a miniaturized device now. That is not a consensus finding of the Intel community – it is based on a single report from the Defense Intelligence Agency. They have claimed this before, and been wrong before.
The crazy boy has not threatened to lob nuclear weapons at Guam – he has threatened to launch IRBMs. I’ve assumed that he would be sending dummy re-entry vehicles. These things require testing, and guidance systems and heat shields especially require testing. We’ve launched ICBMs and IRBMs at Kwajalein for decades as part of R&D and QC.

Guam is/was a major destination for Japanese honeymooners. I hope they find someplace else to go.
Trump should go to Guam for his next rally! It’s like West Virginia, but with palm trees. And a governor who provides fluffing service.
There is something like 1300-1400 miles between Guam and Bikini Atoll, so ‘close proximity’ is a bit of a stretch…
