Discussion for article #243381
Good that people are thinking of the victims and their families.
So I take it he is in favor of mass killings then…
OK, Got it.
In the Trumpiverse, everything revolves around Teh Donald.
Ordinarily a sane person would decry mass killings, but not ol’ Donnie. He revels in it cuz it makes his poll numbers get bigger.
This is alternate reality folks.
If Trumps’ imaginary poll numbers climb high enough, will he cross into another dimension?
So all these shooters are Trumps supporters?
Once again - the purpose of terrorism is to provoke a response. Terrorists can’t defeat the US military but they can cause its leaders to make stupid mistakes.
By making them behave and speak as craven cowards.

They demand Muslims decry events like this. Well, this time the local Muslim community and the shooter’s brother-in-law did exactly that on CNN. I expect that the whiner GOPers aren’t listening or are tuning them out.
BBC is calling this “Just another day in America” CNN reports this is the 355th mass shooting (4 or more) THIS YEAR and December ain’t over yet. Trumps numbers should be higher than they are by his twisted logic.
And the inescapable fact is that the tweeter is right.
Not to mention causing its voters to make stupid mistakes.
Trump is Exhibit A of grotesque opportunism and perverse self-righteousness.
You are too kind to him. My true thinking on the man isn’t printable. But one thing these tweets do for me is… it makes me more than ever resolved to never join twitter or Facebook
They’re too busy trying to press the political advantage this incident of workplace terrorism provides.
Just imagine if Obama tweeted, “You know, every time there is a white supremacist attack against peaceful black worshipers, my poll numbers go up.”
In my mind our response to situations like this should not be political. Is it political to try to figure a way to stop the carnage?
That Trump enjoys watching numbers change in response to things like this shooting is … ah, I lack the vocabulary to describe my revulsion.
Trump Thinks San Bernardino Shootings Will Boost His Poll Numbers
No, it wasn’t me, another guy said that. I just retweeted. But hundreds of people agree.
The Donald’s first thought: “I wonder how this will affect my poll numbers? Could be good news.”
It’s all part of the Republican’s much touted “Kinder and Gentler Compassionate Conservatism.”
On the other hand, FOX and the GOP Noise Machine are undoubtedly urging calm and asking MurriKKKa’ not to rush to judgement… because they aren’t sure guns were really involved in this tragedy.
Funny, I don’t remember them asking churches to apologize for what’s-his-name shooting up the Planned Parenthood last week, and that was explicitly based on the shooters version of Christianity.
