This is a key insight into Trump, he thinks that everyone in the government should be on his side, and anyone who says anything against him, or doesn’t go along with what he wants, is an enemy of the US. The Republicans in general think this way, Trump just personifies the idea in himself…and he has his base and lots of Republican politicians coming around to personifying the idea in him as well. That’s how you develop a dictator, so this is just one more marker along the route the Republicans want to take us into a nation of one party rule.

I think he should bring it up when he is talking to Mueller’s investigators and see if they agree and write it down as if they are going to look into it later. But I understand his son met with russians, liked what they proposed, “I love it” and he is mad at Bannon for describing it as treason. Yeah the stable genius is working well.

Even by the idiot logic that criticizing the president is treason because it’s actually the Twelfth Century in England and the president is the king, he wasn’t the president yet. The whole thing was fake and doesn’t even make sense. There’s literally nothing to suggest they were talking about inventing a fake investigation as an “insurance policy.” He was using that as a metaphor for being cautious; not …whatever it is this is supposed to be. Honestly, I have a hard time following Republican logic and don’t really understand what they’re even saying happened.

We know from The Book what happened when someone stepped in to tutor him on the Constitution. At the First Amendment, he appeared to be dozing off. Bannon’s told us he didn’t know what the 25th was. One can only hope he doesn’t know what the Fifth Amendment is.
