Why would any of these people be negotiating with an escaped prisoner from another country? This doesn’t make any sense. Does he think we have some kind of business deal with Guzman? I’m really confused by Trump’s stupidity.

He needed the license to get insurance to be able to drive the getaway motorcycle that he used in the escape. However, 17 years since being issued, it may now be expired.

Seriously…everyone knows most of our coke comes from Mexico. There’s absolutely no “now that the Mexican drug lord escaped from prison” about people saying it. People have been saying it for decades, because it’s fucking true and we all already knew it. No connection whatsoever to this guy escaping. None.

Sniff, I don’t think that’s what he’s doing here. I think he’s actually assuming there’s some kind of negotiation to be had and that Jeb! and HRC would be terrible at it, but he’d kick El Chapo’s ass because he’s such an amazing negotiator. It’s just bizarre.

Maybe he should have used those wonderful operatives that he sent to Hawai`i to find out the truth about Obama’s birth certificate to keep El Chapo incarcerated.
Just for laughs, here’s a transcription of his announcement. If you go through you see it’s just a weird free-association jumble of unrelated stuff. You have to wonder if there isn’t some sort of neurological problem going on. Even Palin, on average, makes more sense.
