I bet the Clinton campaign is giddy about the response they will be able to give and contrast her policies to Trumpâs. e.g if Trump says anything about the economy, Clinton will mention how Moodyâs said his policies will cause a long and deep recession. Clintonâs response wonât get as much media attention as Trumpâs, but it would get a significant amount and it would be free.
I would not be at all surprised if Trump announces that "I do not NEED a VP because I am the GREATEST CANDIDATE so I am announcing that I will be MY OWN VP CHOICE. âTrump/Trump 2016â.

I think his VP will be Ben Carson. No sane politician would want it since it is a one way ticket to political irrelevance. So it has to be someone who really doesnât have any political aspirations. And Carson is someone who would please the base.

I read yesterday that one of the reasons he fired his campaign manager was they asked him what was planned to turn around the polls and lack of campaign structure, and the CM said, âWe could announce our VP choice.â Trump, the article said, wanted to hold that for the convention and fired the guy.
