Let me get this straight: Trump openly admits that he is blackmailing former government officials. He is threatening folks with the loss of their clearances if they don’t accept his corruption.
Indeed. Trump’s life experience has imbued him with the belief that the only reason anyone would “be nice to him” is because they want something from him. It is, after all, the only reason he is ever “nice” to anyone. The psychologists call this “projection”. The rest of us call it “being an asshole”.
It is time got the “American People” to stop being nice to Trump and vote against anyone that has been remotely nice to the weak link in the White House, and I am not speaking of the FLOTUS.

I’ve been reading some of the editorials on this issue. I guess he considered revoking Obama’s security clearance early in his term, but was dissuaded from that. It looks as if these guys cannot fathom that anyone would use a security clearance for any reason other than profit. Their own corruption is so complete that they assume that everyone else is as corrupt as they are.
