Discussion: Trump Still Bashing Colorado Convention And Cory Gardner Is Having None Of It

Donald Trump: Unique combination of bully and titty baby.

Well, it took nine or ten months, but Trump’s glaring weaknesses are having an effect—a negative effect, I guess I should say. He’s a disorganized, lazy, uninterested incompetent at anything that doesn’t involve strutting around in the spotlight. He’s a reality-show star who’s mistakenly wandered into an arena where, at crucial times, just being able to call attention to yourself in an entirely constructive-skills-free way isn’t enough. These delegate debacles are happening everywhere because Trump and his team didn’t even know about that part of the process until they saw Cruz beating them at it and whined to Priebus. That’s when Trump hired Manafort, whose own bully-boy style seems to have created a new snarl of interpersonal problems in the Trump camp. Man, if you could see from the beginning what a fake and a loser Trump was his whole life, you have to be loving this.

Can someone tell me what it is Trump even said? He is so inarticulate!
I must say, Cory Gardner made some good points. Lol, I look forward to seeing how these guys will act in November if Trump is their nominee.

Back in August, Trump was saying that he would solve the immigration problem through “management.”. I assumed that he would apply that to everything. This mess, however, is due to poor management.
So when is he going to start managing things?

Actually I think that’s a quite common, combination.

As soon as he’s elected! Trust him, it’ll be so easy! He’s got a good brain! He’s very smart, very, very smart, very, very, very smart with the smartness!

Dammit.

Was REALLY hoping the full Trumpenstein meltdown would take place after he secured the Republican nomination. This is beginning to endanger the beauty of watching Hillary turn him into chutney and chum and watch the entire Chump empire fall into sand.

Probably will still happen? But now I’m “concerned.” sigh

Being the narcissist and bully that he is and one who is so insecure that he can’t deal with losing or being made fun of (see Obama’s slam on Trump during the WH Correspondent’s Dinner!), when Trump does not get the GOP nomination he will not go quietly into the night.

The thing to realize is that there is nothing unique about a titty baby being a bully. A bully always is a titty baby. It’s only the titty babies that are born into platinum-plated privilege that have the power to become bullies, instead of just slime weasels biting about the ankles.

You can’t buy class, Chump. That’s something you are born with, or learn at the knee of exceptional personal growth. Pro-hint, child: when you’re throwing temper tantrums at the age of 70, you’re never going to have class.

What Trump is saying has an element of truth and Cory Gardner’s response to him reveals a lot. There is no doubt that the Republican primary process is rigged by the Kochsuckers, corporate kleptocrats and vampire squid. This is undermining American democracy.

Seriously, there is no good outcome for the Republicans here. It’s a Strangelovian combination of circumstances from which there’s no way out that isn’t massively destructive.

Can you imagine his concession speech. A two hour blaming, conspiracy laced, whine about how everyone was out to get him. Buy your barf bags now. You are going to need them

With all due respect, the same could be said of the Senator. His party seems to change the rules all the time, and clearly can’t figure out any kind of a budget.

But then Republicans believe the Constitution can be ignored on a whim.

WAH WAH WAH!!!

whaddya mean I can’t build a 30 story building in San Jose? I can do it in New Yawk? whaddya mean the rules are different?

who allowed that airport to be there? height restrictions because I want to build in the flight path? whoever heard of such nonsense?

Gardner pretty much destroyed Drumpf…not that it will matter to Drumpf’s brain-dead minions.

It’s my understanding that most of Rump’s wealth comes from his “brand.” I don’t see how he and his family come out of this with ANY brand left intact. In some ways, like Carson, if he’d only kept his mouth shut and gone on about his business, few people would have realized the extent of his racism and sociopathic narcissism. Then he would have had some kind of “legacy.”

After this, he’s got nothing to go to or leave his kids with.

If Trump had not entered into this farce of a “campaign”, the country would be so much better off. About Trump, I care nothing…except for the historical notation that he will go down as one of the worst American citizens.

Ever.

There is no doubt that the Republican primary process is rigged by the Kochsuckers,

While of course I share your contempt for the Kochians, the fact is that Trump’s organization is completely incompetent at basic organizational details that any politician should be able to master. Whining about the complexities of caucuses that were scheduled many months ago is a clear example of why he’d be such a disaster as a candidate in the general election. Sniffit’s characterization of Trump himself is spot-on and points to the problem: Trump himself.

It wasn’t so long ago that Trump seemed like a colossus poised to capture the nomination outright, but then he kept stepping on his dick in spectacular fashion, which provided an opening for his opponents to pound him as completely unqualified and a real existential danger to Republican hopes downticket. Granted, Cruz has his own problems, but one of them isn’t campaign organization. If he manages to nab the nomination, it won’t be because he’s broadly likeable—it will be because he’s simply vastly smarter in the ways you need to be to capture a nomination than Trump is.
